Taldumande Youth Services

Lisa is responsible for all day to day management decisions at Taldumande and reports to the Board on behalf of the Managment team. In addition to overseeing the operations and culture, Lisa implements the organisations strategic plan and allocates capital according to the priorities set by the Board.   Lisa has over 25 years experience with at-risk youth and prior to joining Taldumande, managed community education programs in Sydneys Western Suburbs. She has also managed an alternative learning centre for high needs young people and delivered restorative practice workshops in schools across Australia   Lisa has held several senior positions in private and public schools and holds a Batchelor of Education from the University of Sydney.
