The iceberg of culture within China.

Tim has been the Principle of Chatswood Public School for 15 years and a school principle for 23 years.  He has been acknowledged for his work in establishing community language programmes within the school, as well as being in the top 40 list of outstanding educators in the country.  This is a list that recognises educational leaders who have enriched the experiences of kindergarten to year 12 across Australia.   He has been acknowledged for his work establishing community language programmes in the school.    88% of his students come from Asian backgrounds, and his focus is on Asian languages, which he believes is looking towards the future.     'That's where our work will be', he says.    We will provide high end services to the world, particularly in Asia, where the growth is.    As well as language programmes, the school has a Confucius classroom, and they also run the Rosete programme, which is a Chinese volunteer student program, with Phd or Masters students working with children.
