Lucy Cadwallader, our sponsored RYLA student, spoke of her experience at this year's RYLA camp.
We were reminded that RYLA was empowering the next generation of leaders, and great opportunity to form life long contacts. A range of inspiring leaders spoke, with a key point being that leaders must learn to serve others.
The course had a life changing impact on Lucy. Personal challenges, growth as an individual, as well as a leader. Lucy biggest 'takeaway' was the need for 'reflection' on our actions, their impacts and what we have learnt.

Lucy was extremely grateful for the opportunity we gave her, and after her passionate speech, we were more than happy we have given this young lady, lifetime skills.
