Our meeting this week was a night meeting. Excellent attendance with 27 people on a cold, wet night. We had 4 prospective members attend. This year we have increased our membership and with a few more prospective members on-line. The future is looking very bright, considering most clubs in our district are going backwards on membership.
Our guest speakers were from the North’s Foundation part of the RNSH. Louise with be following up on some suggested projects with the Foundation and a possible district grant with other clubs. Our next meeting is a lunchtime meeting on the 2nd June.
We will be back at Infuzion restaurant in Cammeray for our night meeting on the 17th June and will be joined by a number of our cluster group clubs. This is a health information night with speakers from Kieser. The topic will be along the lines of” “we can’t stop getting older, but we can stop getting weaker”. After the meal we will visit their facility a few doors down in Miller St Cammeray.
The next month is quite busy with the club changeover and a number of fundraising events. I will send out a separate email promoting all these events and Sam will add them to our Facebook page.

MUNA is being held in May and George has organised a team.

Changeover is now booked for Wednesday 16th July at Lee’s Fortuna Restaurant in Falcon St.
