Last night the Pride of Workmanship awards was a great success. It brought together 3 clubs to recognise worthy recipients of the awards from the services industry in our community. A huge thank you to Tom Sweeney for your efforts, for sharing your charisma and talents in both organisation and planning. It was perfectly organised and provided an evening of good company, food and a true feeling of community coming together. It is not something that has been put together since my time at the club so it was a first for me and it does a wonderful job of giving the community an insight into what we do. Thank You Tom!
This week coming, we will be hearing from Sister Carmel regarding a proposed water project in Maliana, Timor Leste so I look forward to seeing you this Monday.
